What are your store operational hours?
We operate 7 days a week for all outlets, with the exception of Tanjong Pagar and Tekka which closes on Sunday.
Our hours begin from 7:30am - 10:30am, with a break in between, followed by 11:15pm - 3pm.
As we do not take pre orders in advance, we kindly request for you to come earlier before lunch break and closures to account for queueing time.
Thank you for your continued patience with us as we strive to serve you as efficiently as possible while allocating ample resting and cleaning time for our staff.
What payment methods do you accept in store?
We currently only accept Paynow, Shopback and Cash. Please note that CDC vouchers are only accepted at Tekka.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide change for CDC vouchers if your order amount falls short of the voucher value used.
When can I expect to pickup my order?
We schedule our online orders for pickup based on the following days, and our team will hold on to your order in stall until you have arrived to picked it up.
Please ensure that you only come down after receiving our email.
We kindly request for you to check our Google map opening hours before coming down to ensure that you do not make any wasted trips as our stalls, as there will be scheduled market washing by the hawker center management occasionally.

Delivery Orders will be subject to the schedule of our third party logistics, but we will ship them out within 1-2 working days of your order.
What are your delivery charges?
Our delivery charges at a flat rate of $4.00 if your order is less than $50.00.
We recommend stocking up on more in a single order, and sharing with your friends in a group buy for greater value :)
Where can you deliver to?
Currently, we are able to do delivery islandwide in Singapore. However, if you are in a restricted areas (i.e. University Halls) please let us know beforehand so we can inform our delivery partners. To avoid any inconvenience, we suggest you to deliver your order to a residential area with no restrictions.
Where can I opt to pickup my order?
Pickup is available at all 5 of our outlets during operational hours.
After roasting, our team will pack your order and get them ready to be sent down to the individual outlet.
Your self pickup orders will follow our logistics team delivery schedule to be brought down to the individual outlets.
Please input your preferred pickup location under "Order Notes" at The Cart page before checking out. During checkout, make sure you are in ‘Information’ tab, and select pickup.
You will received an Ready to Pickup email from us once your order arrived safely at the selected outlet. You can only collect them the next day during operating hours. Please check out google timings to avoid break time and closure before popping by!
How long do my coffee beans stay fresh for?
Roasted coffees take time to degas, to allow flavours to properly develop and present themselves in the cup when brewing.
Fresh is best.
As a rule of thumb, we recommend consuming our coffees 1-2 weeks after its initial roast date, and consumption within 2 months from roast date for best results. If you have opted to have your coffees pre-ground, we recommend immediate consumption as the flavours of ground coffee dissipate at a much more exaggerated rate compared to whole beans.
Keeping coffee in a sealed container away from light will help to preserve freshness for longer.
What is your roasting schedule like?
Our roasting days for online customers fall on every Monday.
The courier will be arrange to pick up your order in the evening or the following day. Once picked up, you should expect your order to be delivered in 1 to 3 working days. If it doesn't, please don't hesitate to contact us!
