Storage Guidelines

Roasted coffees takes time to degas and achieve their peak flavours after roasting. As a rule of thumb, we find that our coffees taste best when brewed 2 - 3 weeks after roasting.

Coffees older than 2-3 months, or left exposed to open air for too long may start to lose a bit of their aroma and result in duller, unbalanced flavours after brewing. We recommend storing your coffees in airtight or vacuum sealed opaque containers.

Pro tip: Try to order your coffees in advance so that you can begin using your latest bag when your previous bag finishes. If you find this too much of a hassle for you, we've got you covered with our coffee subscription program.Â
