What are your delivery charges?

Our delivery charges is a flat rate of $4.00 if you order is less than $50.00. Otherwise, you will enjoy free shipping.

Where can you delivery?

We do delivery islandwide. However, if you are in a restricted areas (i.e. University Halls) please let us know beforehand so we can inform our delivery partners. To avoid any inconvenience, we suggest you to deliver your order to residential area with no restrictions.

What's your Bottled Coffee delivery schedule like?

We no longer provide bottled coffee delivery. For event or bulk order, please email to hello@generationcoffee.sg

What's your Coffee Bean delivery schedule like?

Our roasting days fall on every Wednesday. Courier will be arrange to pick up your order in the evening or the following day. Once picked up, you should expect your order to be delivered in 1 to 3 working days. If it doesn't, please don't hesitate to contact us!

What if my order has both coffee beans and bottled coffee?

If you have both items in your cart, they might come separately. Coffee Bean will be delivered by 3rd Party Logistic while the Bottled Coffee will be delivered by us. There are cases whereby we will delivery both the Coffee Bean and Bottled Coffee.

Do you guys provide self pickup?

Yes we do! Please select store pickup during checkout. We will inform you through email and/or sms once your order is ready for collection. For Bottled Coffee order, please collect them within 3 days upon notified.
