Our Premium Series Coffee is something new that we are introducing to coffee drinkers who are looking for more exotic showstoppers in their own bar.
The first of this series is a special coffee from Yunnan, bursting with notes of osmanthus and oolong tea, and a comforting peachy sweetness. A crisp tang of almond nuttiness follows through in the finish.
Who needs bubble tea when you've got a coffee like this!

About This Coffee
Yuan Yi Yuan Farm is set in a mountain-wrapped basin in northern Dehong, and farmers there have partnered with Tokuhiro Tropical Crops Research Institute to innovate modern fermentation methods to bring out newer and more interesting flavours in their coffee.
Every coffee at this farm is hand harvested at peak ripeness with sustainability built into their process. Leftover pulp is reused as fertiliser for cascara tea. The coffees are fermented with a special strain of yeast for 150 hours, resulting in beautiful aromatics and tea-like fragrance. They are subsequently dried with a bit of mucilage remaining on the cherry to give the final cup a softer and gentle textured sweetness.
The flavours of this coffee are testament to the unique microclimate of Yunnan, and modern cutting edge processing technology. We personally enjoy this coffee very much and are proud to present to you these beautiful flavours in the cup.
