Nestled in the high mountains of Ethiopia at elevations of up to 1990m, this coffee enjoys unique fertile red brown soil that contributes greatly to its tea-like aromatics and inherent fruitiness. Its genetic ancestry as a 74110 varietal results in small cherries that yield immense potential for sweetness and complexity.
Much care and consideration has been taken at each stage of its journey from farm to cup, whereby ripe cherries are dried on African beds for prolonged durations up to 21 days.
