The Ethiopia Anaerobic Slow Dry (ASD) 96-Hours Karmachi Gesha is a prized coffee that is carefully fermented for a duration of approximately 96 hours. Once the moisture content is around 30%, the cherries are removed from the fermentation tanks and laid out to dry in a thin layer on raised African beds with a shade cover for 20-30 days until moisture level is 11%.

This natural slow-drying process allows the cherries to ferment for a longer duration of time and allows the beans to absorb as much of its amazing flavours as possible, which translates into a harmonious symphony of flavours in the final cup.
