About This Coffee
You may notice that this coffee has a similar name as another Indonesian coffee in our store, Kamala Kintamani. Both coffees are the result of modern processing methods. A controlled combination of microbes and yeast is used to break down components of the coffee cherry at an optimum pH level during the fermentation process, resulting in a consistently fruity and complex cup.
