Omni Roast
A coffee that reminds you of an exotic artisanal dessert. It delivers the vibrant tang of sweet strawberries and figs, with a hint of dark chocolate and nuts as it cools in the finish. Definitely a guilty pleasure that we're not ashamed to share.

About This Coffee
The San Ignacio Province is one of thirteen in the Cajamarca Department of Peru, and is considered the land of coffee, honey and natural forests. With the Andes in the west and the Amazon claiming more than 60% of its land area, the climate alternates between semi-arid and wet and humid, ideal for cultivating coffee. Alto Pirias comes from the province’s Chirinos district, a proud collaborative effort shared by five producers. Their farms lie within 40 minutes of each other and are family-run estates, with family members equally committed to the craft and labour of coffee. Apart from coffee cultivation, producers in the area have also found similar passion and economic interest in wine production. They have also dedicated themselves to supporting their community.Â
