Ethiopia Misty Valley

The Misty Valley Farm is located high up amongst the mountains of the Gedeo Zone of the Kochere and Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia, and serves as an excellent environment for the growth of high-density, complex and fruit-forward specialty coffee.  Here, fertile volcanic soil, coupled with adequate rainfall and high altitudes produces a unique microclimate that builds complexity in the cup without munch hindrance from pests and other undesirable pollutants in urban areas. 

This Misty Valley coffee has been sun dried over raised bamboo beds, a timeless method of processing that involves minimal external interference. The coffees are also undergo strict quality control by established Q graders before export, ensuring only the best goes from farm to cup.
